1. About the service: XpressUtils.com offers a free service in the form of utilities and articles revolving around with the Java language and Sun Identity Manager, an Identity Management solution from Sun Microsystems Inc. (now part of Oracle Inc.)


2. Disclaimer: This service makes no statement about its affiliation with Sun Microsystems Inc. (now part of Oracle Inc.), even though the results provided by any utilities on XpressUtils.com may represent the Xpress language - The Business Process language used with Sun Identity Manager. Further it recognizes that Sun Microsystems Inc. may hold a copyright on the term "Xpress" and has no intention to infringe on its name.


3. Proper use: You shall not, directly or indirectly engage in activities that: (i) use the Service to upload, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by XpressUtils.com; (iv) use the Service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; (iii) prevent others from using the Service; (iv) attempt to hack into the data stored by XpressUtils.com for any reason using any available methods, or (v) act in any way that violates the Program Policies, as may be revised from time to time and finally, (vi) attempt to distribute or sell any of the products offered on XpressUtils.com after renaming the brand or making any modifications to the products in violation to the copyright that XpressUtils.com holds, unless otherwise explicitly allowed by XpressUtils.com. Guarantee of service: XpressUtils.com does not guarantee (i) the availability of service at all times; (ii) the accuracy of the content or the result generated by any utilities on the website; (iii) about any lost data or code on your side resulting from the usage of the utilities provided on/by XpressUtils.com


5. Privacy: Your privacy is deemed important. You do, however, agree that XpressUtils.com may monitor, edit or disclose your data, code or personal information, including the content of your emails, if required to do so for purposes deemed necessary by XpressUtils.com. Also, XpressUtils.com reserves the right to contact you directly using the information provided by you to communicate on a relevant topic.

7. Legal action: You agree not to hold XpressUtils.com for any damages resulted from proper or improper use of the website or any of the utilities and downloadable files offered on it. Use at your own risk.
