(now part of Oracle Inc.), even though the results provided by any utilities on XpressUtils.com may represent the Xpress language - The Business Process language used with Sun Identity Manager. Further it recognizes that Sun Microsystems Inc. may hold a copyright on the term "Xpress" and has no intention to infringe on its name.
