Hi,

is there any way in IDM to mark/highlight specific User accounts, based on certain given criteria?

In our organization, for instance, there are nearly 3000 users. Our user forms have been customized to send out Email Notifications based on whether or not a particular operation is "Pending" or "Done".

Some of our admins have complained that it's a bit hard to keep up, when there are so many users with "pending" requests, for example.

They ask if there is any way IDM can "mark/highlight" those user-accounts, so that when the administrator logs into IDM, they can see (right away from the List of Accounts) which users require urgent attention?

For example : some form of "color" scheme (such as : highlighting specific users in red ink, or with a big red "X", etc, etc)

Or, maybe, some other form of "mark"?

I am afraid this may need changes to base IDM code.. starting with the com.waveset.ui.web.account.UserListForm class mentioned in accounts/list.jsp.

Thank you.

Could you explain in detail HOW this ought to be done?
